Today we’re challenging you to take time to reflect on your day. Studies show that people struggling with mood conditions like depression and anxiety find reflection helps gain control of their emotions by giving them the chance to recognize symptoms, triggers, as well as a chance to practice positive self-talk. So I’m letting my guard down today and sharing my (usually top secret) journaling method that helps me diffuse my emotions. Oh so many emotions!
